## About the Role

* Minimum active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility; AND,
 * DoD 8140/8570 Information Assurance Technical Level II (IAT-II) certification; AND,
 * 10 years of relevant IT systems engineering or systems administration experience supporting enterprise Windows environments., * Experience supporting systems within classified DoD enterprise environments.
 * Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
 * PowerShell scripting and automation experience

## Description

* Provide Tier 3 support for in-house developed systems and site-unique enhancements.
 * Support maintenance of current and future versions of supported IT systems.
 * Maintain server operating systems at required versions.
 * Maintain COTS, GOTS, and Open-Source software at required versions.
 * Perform installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of supported systems.
 * Support incident, change, and configuration management processes in accordance with lifecycle support requirements.
 * Administer Active Directory user and group management functions.
 * Support VMware virtual machine administration and Virtual Desktop environments.
 * Provide support for DNS, DHCP, backup and restore operations, SAN storage fundamentals, and desktop imaging tools.
 * Assist with PowerShell scripting and automation efforts as needed.
