## About the Role

* 6+ years of experience with systems engineering including system architecture and design, requirements analysis and management, interface definition, verification and validation, and trade study development
\n

 * 4+ years of experience with requirements management tools and processes
\n

 * Experience creating and managing operational, system, and technical architecture products, such as OVs, SVs, and TVs, using DoDAF
\n

 * Experience conducting end-to-end mission workflow analysis to support design trades, capability assessments, and system-of-systems integration
\n

 * Experience with systems engineering support for development, operations, or sustainment within DoD or Intelligence Community programs
\n

 * Ability to convey complex engineering concepts to varied audiences
\n

 * Ability to develop, communicate, and maintain mission-level architectures aligned with DoD or IC standards and frameworks
\n

 * Ability to translate mission needs into actionable system requirements and technical specifications
\n

 * TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
\n

 * Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
\n, * Experience engineering systems hosted in cloud-based infrastructures
\n

 * Experience working in Agile development environments, including Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence
\n

 * Knowledge of Intelligence Community mission areas, processes, and frameworks
\n

 * Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, * Possession of strong organizational skills to manage complex technical tasks
