## About the Role

* U.S. Citizenship required.
 * Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
 * Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of SAP Finance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
 * Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on SAP FICO configuration experience.
 * Strong experience supporting SAP Finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA).
 * Experience working within SAP S/4HANA environments.
 * Strong business process analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management experience.
 * Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.
 * Experience leading testing, deployment, and support activities.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

## Description

* Lead SAP Finance solution design, configuration, and implementation activities across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Funds Management.
 * Serve as the functional lead for Finance workstreams and provide guidance on complex business and system challenges.
 * Analyze business processes to identify optimization opportunities, risks, and functional gaps.
 * Partner with architects, developers, BASIS teams, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated SAP solutions.
 * Lead testing efforts, including test planning, defect resolution, UAT support, and stabilization activities.
 * Support ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives within SAP Finance environments.
 * Gather and document business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
 * Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional support for Finance-related processes.
 * Develop functional specifications, process documentation, and configuration documentation.
