## Description

We are seeking a Network Engineer to join a highly visible, mission-critical IT infrastructure team supporting a large healthcare environment in the Kansas City area. This role is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise network and telecommunications systems. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with Cisco networking technologies, Palo Alto firewalls, wireless infrastructure, and network troubleshooting., * Design, implement, configure, and support enterprise network infrastructure.

 * Manage and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and VoIP/Collaboration systems.
 * Administer and support Palo Alto and other enterprise firewall technologies.
 * Maintain and optimize wireless network environments.
 * Monitor network performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
 * Conduct advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex network issues.
 * Perform packet capture analysis using Wireshark.
 * Develop and maintain network documentation, standards, and procedures.
 * Mentor junior Network Engineers and Network Administrators on best practices, troubleshooting methodologies, and technical documentation.
