This is a greenfield development opportunity where you will build new capabilities from the ground up while integrating with existing enterprise applications, data platforms, and services. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable owning functionality end-to-end-from user interface through APIs and data-and designing reliable interfaces between multiple systems. Key Responsibilities * Design and develop end-to-end workflow capabilities, from user experience and front-end development through backend services and data integration. * Build scalable, production-ready applications with a strong focus on testing, observability, security, accessibility, and maintainability. * Design and implement APIs and integration interfaces connecting applications, data platforms, enterprise services, and existing systems. * Investigate existing systems, understand data and interface dependencies, and translate findings into clear technical designs and integration specifications. * Develop solutions that support the incremental modernization of existing platforms, including integration layers, adapters, routing mechanisms, and coexistence strategies. * Use AI-assisted software development tools to accelerate coding, testing, documentation, prototyping, and solution development while maintaining strong engineering standards. * Collaborate with product, UX, data, engineering, and business teams to translate complex requirements into scalable software solutions. * Participate in architecture and design discussions involving application boundaries, APIs, data flows, integration patterns, and system dependencies.
