## Description

We are seeking a Senior Staff Hardware Engineer to design, develop, and test next generation satellite modem hardware across the full product lifecycle, from architecture and schematic design through lab validation and production support. This role focuses on FPGA based PCB designs, component selection, high speed memory and SERDES interfaces, clock and power distribution, and hands on board bring up and debugging using lab instrumentation. The engineer will collaborate closely with FPGA, RF, firmware, and systems teams to deliver reliable, high-performance SATCOM solutions in an onsite lab environment., * Design, develop, document hardware designs for satellite modems and related products including:

 * FPGA-based satellite modems integrated on PCBs
 * Component selection
 * Schematic design and layout
 * Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) analysis
 * Board bring-up and debugging
 * Utilize strong communication skills to effectively work and communicate with team members and engineering management
