Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, If you enjoy working with people, building relationships, and want to develop your career in international recruitment, we would be happy to welcome you to our team., * Experience as a Recruiter or in a similar position within a temporary employment agency is considered an advantage

 * Good command of Polish and English (required)
 * Knowledge of Czech, Slovak, Romanian, or Ukrainian will be a strong advantage
 * Good organizational skills
 * Responsibility and ability to work independently
 * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
 * Knowledge of Plan4Flex software will be an advantage
 * Positive attitude towards candidates and strong relationship-building skills

## Description

* Actively sourcing and recruiting technical workers for the Dutch market
 * Building and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates
 * Using various recruitment channels to attract and engage candidates
 * Systematically building and maintaining a high-quality candidate database
 * Creating job advertisements for different positions
 * Supporting recruitment processes and proposing improvements and new solutions
 * Performing other tasks assigned by the Recruitment Team Leader
