## Description

* Develop, enhance, and maintain COBOL mainframe applications supporting critical business processes.
 * Design, develop, and optimize JCL jobs for batch processing and scheduling.
 * Develop and maintain DB2 database programs, including SQL queries, data retrieval, performance tuning, and optimization.
 * Develop and support CICS online programs for real-time transaction processing.
 * Work with VSAM files for data storage, access, and file management.
 * Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
 * Perform application debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
 * Optimize existing programs and batch processes for performance and reliability.
 * Participate in application testing, deployment, and production support activities.
 * Collaborate with business analysts, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
 * Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge-transfer activities.
 * Ensure developed solutions meet enterprise coding and quality standards.
