## About the Role

* 4-5 years of experience in IT/Desktop/EUC Support
 * Hands-on experience supporting laptops, desktops, iOS & Android devices
 * Hardware and software troubleshooting
 * Basic network troubleshooting
 * Device configuration, imaging/reimaging and software installation
 * Hardware repairs and OEM warranty coordination
 * IT asset/stock management and monthly audits
 * ServiceNow/ITSM experience is preferred
 * Google Workspace experience
 * Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
 * Experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, or industrial environments is preferred
 * Good understanding of Health & Safety (H&S) practices
