## About the Role

* Approximately 3-6 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Implementation, Technical Account Management or a similarly hands-on customer-facing technical role
 * Post-sales implementation experience within a B2B SaaS or API-first technology company
 * Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, webhooks, authentication and data mapping
 * Able to explain in detail how you have personally built, implemented or debugged API integrations
 * Experience integrating with ERP, billing, accounting or other financial systems
 * Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market customers through technically complex implementations
 * Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working directly with customer engineering teams
 * Comfortable operating as an individual contributor
 * Bachelor's degree
 * Able to work on a hybrid basis in New York City

## Description

* Own enterprise customer implementations from requirements gathering and solution design through to Go-Live and post-launch support
 * Design, build and troubleshoot integrations using REST APIs, JSON/XML payloads, webhooks and authentication flows
 * Work directly with customer engineering teams on data mapping and complex integration requirements
 * Integrate the platform with ERP, billing and financial systems such as SAP, Oracle and NetSuite
 * Translate complex customer and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions
 * Manage relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout implementation
 * Run implementation meetings, project syncs and occasional on-site customer sessions
 * Feed customer requirements, implementation challenges and feature requests back into Product and Engineering
