Our client is seeking an experienced Pega Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise applications within a fast?paced, agile environment. The ideal candidate brings strong Pega development expertise, solid SQL/PL?SQL skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Must?Have Skills

 * Strong hands?on experience with Pega development
 * Proficiency in SQL / PL?SQL
 * 5+ years of applied software engineering experience
 * Solid understanding of modern SDLC practices

Nice?to?Have Skills

 * Experience with Smart Investigate framework
 * Exposure to Cloud environments, * Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
 * 5+ years of practical experience in software development.
 * Proven ability to develop, debug, and maintain code in a large corporate environment.
 * Proficiency in Pega design techniques, rule creation, integrations, and UI components.
 * Good understanding of database querying and PL/SQL.
 * Working proficiency with SDLC tools and methodologies.

## Description

* Design, develop, and implement high?quality, secure software solutions using Pega and related technologies.
 * Perform technical troubleshooting and resolve issues with consideration for upstream/downstream system impacts.
 * Write clean, maintainable code in at least one programming language.
 * Apply SDLC tools and automation practices to improve development efficiency and stability.
 * Participate in the full development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
 * Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, code quality standards, and security guidelines.
 * Collaborate with cross?functional teams in an Agile environment.
 * Support continuous integration, continuous delivery, and test?driven development initiatives.
