## Description

Our client is seeking an Identity Infrastructure Specialist to join their team on a temporary assignment of at least 3 months. This role will support the Office of IT on a university campus., The Identity Infrastructure Specialist will focus on single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and account lifecycle management to ensure secure and efficient user access. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while handling support tickets and maintaining system integrity., * Assist with single sign-on implementation and password reset processes.

 * Manage account lifecycle activities, including renewing certifications and updating to new system versions.
 * Support multi-factor authentication deployment and maintenance.
 * Handle and resolve support tickets related to identity infrastructure.
 * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security protocols.
