A growing healthcare organization is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Information Technology to lead enterprise applications, infrastructure, data analytics, cybersecurity, and business technology initiatives.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for modernizing IT operations, driving key technology initiatives, partnering with business leaders across the organization, and leading a team focused on delivering reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable discussing business strategy in the boardroom and technology architecture with technical teams and vendors.

What You'll Be Leading

You will oversee a team responsible for:

 * Ensure availability, reliability, and security of enterprise systems

 * Oversee application development and system enhancement initiatives
 * Establish project governance, prioritization, and delivery rigor
 * Support cybersecurity initiatives and regulatory compliance requirements
