## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tableau Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tableau, SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence solutions, along with the ability to transform complex data into meaningful insights., * Experience in Tableau Development and Business Intelligence.

 * Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Cloud.
 * Advanced SQL skills with experience in relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, or Teradata.
 * Experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
 * Strong understanding of Tableau features including:
 * Calculated Fields
 * Parameters
 * Actions
 * Level of Detail (LOD) Expressions
 * Tableau Prep
 * Tableau Extracts
 * Dashboard Performance Optimization
 * Experience integrating Tableau with multiple data sources.
 * Knowledge of data governance, security, and access control.
 * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills..

Preferred, but not required:

 * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
 * Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, or Big Data technologies.
 * Knowledge of Python, R, or other analytics tools.
 * Tableau Certified Professional or Tableau Desktop Specialist certification is preferred.
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
 * Create compelling visualizations and interactive dashboards to support business decisions.
 * Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
 * Perform data validation, data quality checks, and troubleshooting.
 * Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
 * Publish and manage Tableau workbooks, data sources, and extracts on Tableau Server/Cloud.
 * Monitor dashboard performance and implement enhancements for scalability.
 * Create and maintain technical documentation, data dictionaries, and report specifications.
 * Support ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests.
