## About the Role

7+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar technical role.
Strong experience analyzing system integrations and end-to-end data flows.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical and integration specifications.
Strong understanding of APIs, file-based integrations, relational databases, SQL, and ODBC.
Experience with BPM/workflow-based systems and integrations.
Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and integration testing.
Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, qTest, and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within financial services, private banking, asset management, or investment management.
Familiarity with Apache Airflow or similar workflow orchestration tools.
Experience with SEI platforms, including SEI SWP Accounting, is a plus.

## Description

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Senior Systems Technical Analyst on behalf of our client in Jersey City, NJ. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with application, system, and platform integrations, with a focus on analyzing end-to-end data flows, documenting integration requirements, and supporting complex workflows within a Business Process Management (BPM) environment.
This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, developers, architects, project managers, and QA teams to translate business needs into scalable and reliable technical solutions., Analyze and document integrations across applications, systems, and platforms.
Define functional and technical requirements, including integration specifications, data mappings, and interface designs.
Support multiple integration patterns, including:
API-based integrations
Batch and file-based integrations
ODBC and database-driven integrations
Point-to-point and middleware-based interfaces
Support BPM workflows, process modeling, and upstream/downstream system dependencies.
Work with orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow for scheduling, dependency management, monitoring, and error handling.
Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.
Partner with development and QA teams to support integration testing, SIT, UAT, and data-flow validation.
Troubleshoot integration and data issues and assist with root-cause analysis.
Maintain technical documentation, workflows, methodologies, and issue logs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
