## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Management, Technical Product Owner, Marketing Technology, Management Consulting, or related field.
 * 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise marketing communication platforms.
 * 5+ years of experience delivering technical solutions for acquisition, retention, personalization, preference management, and consent management.
 * 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects across various businesses simultaneously.
 * 5+ years of experience translating business requirements into technical requirements.
 * 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable MarTech platforms.

Must be able to support east and central time zones work hours.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Contact Builder.
 * Agile experience using Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe.
 * Experience with HTML, CSS, AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL.
 * Experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
 * Professional level communication skills and business acumen.
 * Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, key stakeholders, and executive leaders.
 * Experience with preparing and presenting materials to executive leadership and cross-functional business teams.

Education

 * Bachelor's degree in fields of study related to Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience can be considered.
