To qualify for the role, you must have: * A bachelor's degree; a master's degree is preferred. * Typically, 12-15 years of relevant experience. * 10+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) and Asset Management experience, including significant experience leading SAP transformation programs and S/4HANA initiatives. * Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills. * Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including oversight of project-based team members. * S/4HANA Asset Management implementation experience. * Experience leading global or multi-site deployments. * Executive stakeholder management. * Business development and pursuit support. * Experience in conducting technology cost-benefit analyses. * Familiarity with technology business architecture frameworks. * Skills in training design and delivery. * A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40%-60%.
