* Relevant qualification in business administration, management, commerce, or industrial engineering

Our client is looking for a talented Service Controller, Software Lead, or someone with strong CAD, Adobe, SAGE, or Sales Force skills! This versatile position offers a fantastic opportunity to support our client's day-to-day operations while working closely with their management team. You will be vital in supporting operational and engineering processes, handling project management tasks, and utilising a range of software tools to streamline business functions. From scheduling maintenance and managing sales to overseeing project data and IT systems, you'll play a key part in ensuring everything runs smoothly. The company offers a friendly, collaborative atmosphere where your ideas and initiative are valued, alongside real opportunities for career progression., * Coordinate workload planning and scheduling for routine and reactive maintenance tasks

 * Support and develop the engineering team, facilitating training and growth opportunities
 * Prepare customer quotations, manage sales orders, and handle invoicing efficiently
 * Identify customer needs and proactively recommend accessories, services, and R&M contracts
 * Produce Bills of Materials and manage stock and project documentation using Sage
 * Ensure accuracy of business records, including job cards, product movement, and customer documents
 * Use Sage confidently for project management, invoicing, and stock management
 * Assist with website product listings and support mobile and telematics tools
 * Contribute to process improvement initiatives and data validation efforts
 * Support purchasing activities, supplier benchmarking, and researching alternative options
