## Description

You'll help shape digital experiences used by millions of people, as well as the teams who support those experiences around the world. You'll work closely with product designers, product managers, researchers, engineers, and other partners to create content that makes complex experiences feel clear, intuitive, and human.

This role is ideal for someone who loves the craft of writing but also thinks deeply about the product problems behind the words.

What you'll do

 * Write and refine product content across complex digital experiences
 * Create clear, conversational content that helps people understand what's happening and what to do next
 * Partner with product, design, research, and engineering throughout the product development process
 * Shape content strategy alongside interaction and visual design
 * Develop reusable content patterns, standards, and guidelines
 * Review existing experiences through a content design lens and identify opportunities to improve them
 * Contribute to content governance, operations, and scalable content practices
 * Explore how AI can support content design workflows and AI-powered product experiences
 * Design with accessibility, inclusion, localization, and global audiences in mind
