Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Proficiency in Tagetik systems and relevant software tools. Experience in leading project teams and managing client relationships. ## Description Senior Consultant responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing D&I solutions for customers as part of the Professional Services - D&I Consultancy team. The role involves document writing, knowledge transfer, issue resolution, upselling, project-management advisory, leading projects, managing escalations, and mentoring team members. Responsibilities Requirement gathering & analysis: work with clients to understand business processes, goals, pain points; conduct workshops; map functional and technical requirements to D&I functionalities. Solution design & customization: design workflows, processes, and solutions; configure modules such as finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, and project management; recommend and design customisations or integrations with third-party tools. Implementation & deployment: set up and deploy systems; migrate data from legacy systems; test configurations and customisations for accuracy and effectiveness. Training & user support: provide end-user training; develop documentation and user manuals; offer post-implementation support and resolve issues that arise. Escalation & resolution: identify and escalati on complex issues; ensure timely resolution to maintain client satisfaction.
