## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
 * 3-6 years of experience in developing business applications, cloud system administration, or data analyst role (internships acceptable).

Skills & Abilities

 * Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP, including configuration and customization.
 * Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow automation.
 * Experience in creating business rules, forms, views, command bar extensions
 * Deep understanding of Dataverse data modeling (tables, relationships, choices)
 * Knowledge of CRM configuration vs customization boundaries
 * Effectively provide SharePoint administration tasks.
 * Strong knowledge of business processes and data analysis tools.
 * Experience with SharePoint workflows and IT infrastructure.
 * Proven ability to design and implement business solutions.

## Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to support the post-migration phase of its ERP transformation. This individual will play a key role in the day-to-day technical administration, support, and optimization of the company's Dynamics 365 Business Central environment.

 * Lead and Deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions to Optimize Business Processes
 * Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM projects, including upgrades, migrations, and end-user support.
 * Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications which may involve CRM, and ERP (Business Central or Supply Chain Management versions of Dynamics).
 * Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows to streamline business processes and automate workflows.
 * SharePoint administration
 * Timely delivery of project milestones, maintain clear stakeholder communication.
 * Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation/optimization.
 * Documentation: business requirements, functional specifications, process flows.
 * Conduct gap analyses and recommend enhancements or new solutions.
 * Maintain data integrity through validation, audits, and reconciliation.
 * Communicate system changes and outages to the CAB prior to implementation.
