* An experienced Android engineer who has built and shipped consumer-facing native applications at scale using Kotlin.

 * Ability to write idiomatic, readable, reusable, and testable code, with strong skills in debugging, performance optimization, reliability, and maintainability.
 * Experience designing mobile systems and interfaces, evaluating architectural tradeoffs, and building scalable features from APIs through user-facing UI.
 * Experience with experimentation, feature flags, instrumentation, analytics, and product or quality-of-experience metrics. Familiarity with Jetpack Compose, Android accessibility, Media3 or ExoPlayer, MediaCodec, HLS or DASH, recommendation systems, or ML-integrated products is a plus.
