## About the Role

* Overall IT experience of 8 to 10 Years

\n

 * 4-6+ years of experience as QA to assess software quality through automated testing using, Selenium, Java, SQL/No SQL

\n

 * 4+ years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role

\n

 * Expert in BDD/TDD to collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, acceptance criteria and define test scenarios in Gherkin syntax

\n

 * Experience in implementing test strategies, test plans, test scenarios and working with test data, * Good Communication skills

\n

 * Flexible to rotational shifts, 5 days WFO

\n

 * Team Player

\n

 * Ability to work in a changing environment

\n

 * Strong problem solving and analytical skills

\n

 * Ability to work independently or within a team, n

 * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

\n

 * Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation tools.

 * Familiarity with automation technologies and tools, such as robotic process automation (RPA) and workflow automation platforms.

 * Product implementation experience is preferred

## Description

* Execute test cases (manual or automated), analyze results, evaluate product according to acceptance criteria, report bugs/errors to development teams, conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing

\n

 * Proficient in QA Methodology, Agile frameworks, functional testing and regression testing

\n

 * Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts

\n

 * Develop and execute automated test cases to validate functionality, performance, and security of web applications

\n

 * Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring seamless execution and reporting

\n

 * Identify, document, and track defects found during testing, working closely with development teams to resolve them.

\n

 * Ability to troubleshoot errors/gaps/defects, analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude

\n

 * Provide detailed reports on test coverage, execution results, and defect status.

\n

 * Continuously improve the test automation process and tools to enhance test coverage and efficiency

\n

 * Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the test automation codebase

\n

 * Develop and maintain test data, test environments, and testing infrastructure
