Preferred Qualifications * Workday implementation experience. * Finance transformation or ERP Finance implementation experience. * PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications. * Experience supporting organizational change management initiatives. * Experience leading large-scale enterprise software deployments. Workday experience is preferred, but strong ERP implementation and deployment leadership experience is the highest priority. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the final phases of a large-scale Workday ERP implementation. This individual will play a critical role in driving deployment readiness, coordinating cross-functional teams, supporting go-live activities, and helping ensure a successful transition across multiple implementation phases. This is an ideal opportunity for a Project Manager with enterprise ERP implementation experience who enjoys leading complex initiatives, managing stakeholders, and driving execution through critical deployment milestones. Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate project activities supporting a multi-phase Workday implementation. * Drive cutover planning and execution for upcoming go-live milestones. * Support hypercare and stabilization activities following deployment. * Coordinate business readiness activities and temporary operating processes between implementation phases. * Partner closely with Finance, HR, Payroll, IT, Change Management, and implementation partners. * Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans. * Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder communications. * Assist with change management efforts, including communications, stakeholder engagement, and event coordination. * Support post-go-live planning, backlog management, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Ensure key project deliverables are completed on time and aligned with overall program objectives.
