## About the Role

* 3+ years of MS Windows desktop operating system deployment experience required.
 * 2+ years of experience working with Entra ID and O365
 * Experience with hardware, asset management and imaging new computers
 * Experience in using ITSM systems like ServiceNow is a plus.

Encore Talent Solutions is currently seeking a Desktop Support Specialist for a 3-6 month contract position located in Cincinnati, OH. The position will be located onsite 5 days a week in the Mason, OH office., * Provide technical support to end users

 * Ability to analyze logs within multiple Microsoft applications to resolve user issues
 * Hardware and software support
