* Experience as a Systems Engineer, Systems Administrator, or similar infrastructure role
 * Strong hands-on experience with VMware virtual environments
 * Experience supporting Windows workstations and server environments
 * Knowledge of SAN storage administration
 * Experience with local and remote replication technologies
 * Hands-on experience with Veeam backup and recovery
 * Familiarity with disaster recovery processes, planning, and testing
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

## Description

We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to support and maintain core infrastructure across virtual server environments, Windows workstations, storage, backup, and disaster recovery systems. This role will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining virtual servers; supporting the Windows desktop environment; and administering SAN storage, replication, backup, and recovery solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with VMware, Veeam, SAN storage, and disaster recovery planning and execution., * Install, configure, and maintain virtual servers in a VMware environment

 * Support and troubleshoot the Windows workstation environment
 * Administer and maintain SAN storage systems
 * Manage local and remote data replication processes
 * Oversee backup operations and recovery procedures using Veeam
 * Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity across infrastructure environments
 * Support disaster recovery readiness, testing, and execution
 * Troubleshoot server, storage, backup, and workstation issues in a timely manner
 * Perform system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance
 * Document infrastructure configurations, procedures, and recovery plans
 * Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to support business continuity and operational goals
