## About the Role

* BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
 * 6+ years of experience implementing and/or supporting Oracle EPM applications.
 * Strong experience with Oracle FCCS, EPBCS, and EDM.
 * Experience leading business analytics and reporting solution delivery.
 * CPG or Manufacturing experience.
 * Experience across the IT project lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, master data management, and post-go-live support.
 * Strong project management experience working with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

 * SAP S/4HANA FICO experience.
 * Experience working with AI-enabled Finance solutions.

## Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant to support Finance technology initiatives, including Oracle EPM applications, FP&A, reporting, planning, and financial consolidation., * Provide guidance on best practices and emerging technologies for Finance.

 * Design, implement, and support Oracle EPM applications, including FCCS, EPBCS, and EDM.
 * Lead solutions from design and configuration through testing, implementation, and hypercare.
 * Manage IT projects and deliverables, including timelines, budgets, and coordination with internal and external resources.
 * Support FP&A, financial planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and analytics solutions.
 * Identify and implement AI capabilities within Oracle EPM to improve forecasting, planning, reporting, data validation, and decision support.
 * Develop and deploy new processes and system configurations.
 * Partner with Finance stakeholders across Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations, and Internal Audit.
 * Support business process improvements and cross-functional Finance technology initiatives.
 * Partner with Cybersecurity to address technology and vendor-related risks.
 * Provide Finance workstream support for an ongoing SAP S/4HANA migration.
