Software Engineer - SharePoint Developer Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

 * Requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a technology related field (i.e. Computer Science); at least five years' experience in application, software, and SharePoint development.
 * Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
 * Must have good analytical skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and highly effective organizational skills
 * Strong working knowledge of SharePoint Online, SharePoint hybrid architectures, and modern SharePoint environments.
 * Solid foundation in Microsoft .NET Framework, C#, and ASP.NET.
 * Experience leveraging Microsoft Graph and REST APIs for automated data integration and custom connectors.
 * Prefer knowledge of Federal government contracts and programs
 * Excellent written and oral communication/interpersonal skills to effectively interface with senior military and civilian officials, managers, and peers.
 * Must be able to adapt to a changing environment
 * Must be proficient in all MS Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and mission-oriented Senior Power Platform / SharePoint Developer with an active TS/SCI security clearance to join our SETA team on-site at Fort Belvoir, VA. In this role, you will architect, deploy, and maintain high-visibility cloud and hybrid enterprise Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI reports in SharePoint environments, focusing heavily on SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Power Platform. These systems serve as the digital backbone for synchronized intelligence content, automated workflows, and secure data access across the customer's enterprise., * Cloud & Hybrid Architecture: Design, build, and optimize custom SharePoint solutions across hybrid environments and cloud networks (including SharePoint Online and GCC High).

 * Power Platform Development: Architect and deploy sophisticated business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including custom Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), complex Power Automate cloud flows, and Power BI dashboards and Report Builder reports.
 * Workflow Automation & Migration: Lead efforts to migrate legacy on-premises C# SharePoint solutions and workflows.
 * Front-End Integration: Develop intuitive, responsive user interfaces (UI/UX) for portals using Power Apps screens, forms, and tables..
