## About the Role

* 3-5 years of hands-on Workday Absence and Time Tracking experience.
 * Strong understanding of global time tracking rules, absence management, and leave policy design.
 * Experience configuring complex absence plans and accrual rules.
 * Experience with Workday Time Tracking configuration, including time entry, validations, approvals, schedules, and calendars.
 * Workday certification in Absence and/or Time Tracking.
 * Experience supporting M&A integrations or implementations.
 * Experience with complex Time & Absence integrations involving Payroll and Scheduling systems.
