## About the Role

Do you have experience in Salesforce?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Belltown is looking for self-motivated and proactive individuals to join our highly capable, welcoming and dynamic UK development team.

We encourage applications from anyone who would like to be part of a high-quality renewable energy development team. Any prior experience in renewables, project management, GIS mapping and/or basic computer programming would be advantageous, but is certainly not a requirement. Belltown recruits for potential over experience.

The ideal candidate would be:

· Empathetic and able to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders;

· Smart and good at solving problems as they arise;

· Well organised and a good project manager;

· Collaborative, flexible and supportive of the rest of team;

· Self-motivated, committed to performing well and eager to develop.

Applicants must hold an undergraduate degree (in any subject) of at least a UK 2:1 or equivalent.

## Description

· Engagement with and management of stakeholders e.g. landowners, grid network operators, planning consultees, communities, etc.

· Contracting and managing specialist consultants

· Managing the compilation of grid and planning applications

· Site visits and inspections (across the UK, primarily in Scotland and Wales)

· Solving development issues as they arise

· Contributing to the development of site identification, review, and design tools

· Supporting the wider team as required

This is an office-based role with some travel requirements for site visits, and offers broad, direct experience across all aspects of renewable energy generation development.
