## About the Role

* 8+ years of hands-on software development experience building enterprise applications with C# and .NET
\n

 * Extensive experience designing and developing scalable, high-performance RESTful APIs using .NET Framework and/or .NET Core
\n

 * Experience integrating AI services, large language models (LLMs), or AI agents into enterprise software platforms
\n

 * Hands-on experience with or strong understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP)
\n

 * Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database architecture, query optimization, and high-volume data processing
\n

 * Experience implementing caching technologies, with Redis preferred
\n

 * Experience with asynchronous messaging and queuing architectures
\n

 * Ability to analyze and resolve downstream impacts resulting from AI integrations across complex enterprise systems
\n

 * Previous experience serving as a Lead Developer, Technical Lead, Principal Engineer, or Senior Software Engineer
\n

 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
\n

 * Proven experience leading complex technical initiatives and making architectural decisions

 * Ability to mentor engineers and establish development best practices

 * Experience designing resilient integration layers, caching, rate limiting, and enterprise-scale API architectures
