## About the Role

* 3+ years of Business Intelligence or analytics development experience.
 * Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
 * Advanced SQL skills.
 * Experience with data modeling and DAX, Power Query, or equivalent technologies.
 * Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
 * Experience developing dashboards for executive and operational audiences.
 * Ability to gather requirements directly from business stakeholders.

Experience participating in an enterprise BI modernization or cloud analytics project is highly preferred.

## Description

Robert Half is working with a client who is looking to hire a Business Intelligence Developer to support the modernization of enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities.

This individual will design dashboards, reporting solutions, and semantic models that provide leadership and operational teams with greater visibility into business performance.

Responsibilities

 * Design and develop enterprise dashboards and reports.
 * Build reusable semantic models and reporting datasets.
 * Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions.
 * Develop KPIs, metrics, and executive-level reporting.
 * Optimize dashboard and query performance.
 * Integrate BI solutions with enterprise data warehouses and cloud data platforms.
 * Work with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Sales, and other business functions.
 * Support the transition from legacy reporting platforms to modern BI tools.
 * Establish reporting standards and documentation.
