Pega-focused DevOps Engineer with strong automation skills, Jenkins pipeline expertise, and reusable deployment framework experience. Creates, builds, and maintains automated CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins and modern build tools to streamline Pega software packaging, testing, and deployment. Proposes & designs reusable deployment frameworks and automated provisioning workflows to address complex enterprise release needs. Prepares technical build guides and release documentation required. Facilitates complex problem resolution across build failures, environment synchronization, code promotion bottlenecks, and deployment logging. Provides technical guidance and support to development and architecture teams regarding build standards, branch strategies, and release automation best practices. Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance release velocity, deployment reliability, and platform operational efficiency.
