Portfolio Required Candidates must be prepared to provide a portfolio demonstrating relevant UX/product design work. ## Description * Lead UX design across the full product design lifecycle, from discovery and problem definition through ideation, prototyping, testing, and implementation. * Design complex workflows, user journeys, and experiences within a new loyalty and rewards ecosystem. * Translate complex business requirements into simple, intuitive experiences for members. * Create journey maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. * Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and multiple business units to define and deliver cohesive experiences. * Partner with business stakeholders who may be new to loyalty/rewards products and help educate them on UX principles and customer-centered design. * Navigate competing priorities and conflicting stakeholder requirements while maintaining a clear design vision. * Use research, data, customer insights, and design thinking to inform solutions and validate decisions. * Advocate for the user while balancing business objectives, technical constraints, and organizational priorities. * Present and communicate design concepts effectively to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. * Contribute to UX standards, best practices, accessibility, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design. * Collaborate with developers through implementation to ensure the final product reflects the intended experience., We are particularly interested in seeing examples of: * Complex workflows and user journeys * Loyalty, rewards, financial services, or similarly complex consumer experiences * Systems thinking and end-to-end product design * Research and discovery leading to design solutions * Interaction design and prototyping * Visual/UI design skills * Examples of navigating complex stakeholder or business requirements
