## About the Role

Strong hands-on expertise in:

 * Apex
 * Lightning Web Components (LWC)
 * Triggers and Async Apex
 * SOQL and data modeling
 * Proven experience working with large data volumes and implementing performance optimization strategies.
 * Deep understanding of Salesforce customization, including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and security models.
 * Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and familiarity with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
 * Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk) and integration patterns.
 * Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and influence teams.
 * Excellent communication skills and executive-level presence, with the ability to explain complex systems clearly.
 * Experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies., * Experience in the financial services industry.
 * Exposure to cloud-native application development.
 * Hands-on experience with:
 * APIs and web services
 * Java or other backend technologies
 * Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools.

Working knowledge of:

 * JIRA
 * Bitbucket
 * Source control systems (Git-based workflows)
 * Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (a plus).
