## About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Cloud Data Engineer with 8+ years of experience to drive database modernization, manage high-performance OLTP platforms, and lead enterprise analytics architecture.

Core Requirements

 * Relational Databases: 8+ years with AWS Aurora PostgreSQL (RDS), database design, performance tuning to millisecond response, high availability, and replication.
 * Data Warehousing: 4+ years with Snowflake building enterprise analytics platforms.
 * Data Engineering: Hands-on experience with Python, Talend (job design/orchestration), and AWS EMR to build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
 * Architecture & Migration: Strong background in cloud migration, distributed databases, data modeling, and API integration.
 * Data Governance: Understanding of metadata management, data cataloging, and data lineage.
 * Development Skills: Strong SQL skills and foundational Java experience.

Operations & Leadership

 * Production Support: Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, ServiceNow).
 * Leadership: Proven ability to mentor teams, drive technical strategy, and lead discussions with business stakeholders.
 * Tools: Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and technical documentation., * AWS and Snowflake certifications.
 * Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures.
