 * Technical Expertise: Strong foundation in requirements development, systems architecture, verification, and validation.
 * Tools: Hands-on experience with IBM Rational DOORS and related test equipment.
 * Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
 * Additional Skills: Background in systems testing, electrical sub-systems, and networked systems; INCOSE certification is a plus.
