The role will provide technical leadership across Salesforce development, integrations, data architecture, security, and platform governance while partnering with business, product, and engineering teams. What You'll Do * Define the overall Salesforce technical architecture and solution design based on business and functional requirements. * Provide technical leadership for Salesforce implementations, enhancements, integrations, and modernization initiatives. * Design scalable and maintainable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, APIs, and platform capabilities. * Establish architectural standards, design patterns, development guidelines, and engineering best practices. * Lead technical design reviews and ensure solutions meet requirements for scalability, performance, security, reliability, and maintainability. * Architect integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, event-driven integration, and other integration patterns. * Define data architecture, data models, migration strategies, and data integration approaches. Provide guidance on Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, sharing models, role hierarchy, and access controls. * Evaluate configuration versus custom development options and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
