## Description

* Manage, plan, design, and implement enhancements to the current DEC software application according with Agency projects and enhancements.
 * Keep updated Cold Fusion Administration, configuration and coding updates for CF versions.
 * Keep updated Crystal Report versions and provide support to reporting system used through DEC applications.
 * Addresses critical vulnerabilities in DEC software applications making code changes and testing application to verify that functionality has not been affected with the remediated vulnerabilities.
 * Resolution of all ITSM tickets submitted by users because of software application issues or defects reported.
 * Analysis and design of new features.
 * Keep documentation updated on the existing system, new functionalities and new modules implemented in DEC software applications.
