## About the Role

* Experience conducting IT/User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

## Description

Client is seeking a Senior Analyst, IS Business Support to support the Redmond Manufacturing Team by maintaining and troubleshooting SAP ECC and DELMIA Apriso MES systems. The role involves working closely with manufacturing, IT, and cross-functional teams to resolve production issues, perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate system enhancements, and support ongoing system improvements., * Troubleshoot production and work-order issues within SAP and MES systems.

 * Partner with manufacturing and IT teams to investigate system issues.
 * Execute testing for data fixes, enhancements, and bug fixes.
 * Track and escalate issues through ServiceNow.
 * Support manufacturing operations by ensuring system reliability and data accuracy.

Experience supporting SAP, manufacturing operations, UAT testing, and cross-functional troubleshooting is critical for success in this role.
