* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related experience
 * 6+ years of hands-on experience building enterprise-grade applications with modern Java and JavaScript ecosystems
 * Strong UI expertise building modern applications with React and JavaScript
 * Financial or Insurance industry experience
 * Experience with agentic frameworks and AI-driven development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
 * Experience with Agile methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
 * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
