Education: * HS diploma or equivalent and 1-2 or equivalent ## Description * The Customer Property Team supporting Collins Aerospace, Mission Systems Business Unit, based in Cedar Rapids has an opening for a self-motivated Principal Specialist, who is a team player able to support company compliance to customer & government property requirements. * This person will be providing support to multiple programs, as well as support to the site and property organization's procedures and processes. * This person will work closely with the central property organization, Government customer, Prime customers, Government auditing agencies and internal stakeholders. * This position will be onsite, and reports to the Site Customer Property Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Assure compliance to contract requirements, regulations, and RTX/Collins/Site policies and procedures for managing customer property. * Interface with site leadership and functional personnel to ensure compliance with established processes and procedures * Generate and provide accurate and timely property status reports and metrics for management and internal and external customers * Perform property closeout activities. * Partner with Contract Management organization to ensure property management related requirements are executed as needed. * Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements, and support EH&S efforts to improve practices * Comply with applicable Global Trade Compliance (GTC) policies and procedures
