## About the Role

We're looking for people at the start of their technical careers, including recent graduates and career changers with a technical background, who have the fundamentals, the motivation, and an interest in a structured route into enterprise software development.

Are you a fit? You probably qualify if you have either of the following:

 * A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related technical field
 * At least one year of technical work experience

You'll also need a working grasp of programming fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, databases and SQL, and object-oriented development in a language like Java or C#.
