## Description

* Provide technical support for computer hardware and software across multiple facilities.
 * Assist employees with technical issues by phone, in person, or electronically.
 * Install, configure, and update hardware and software as needed.
 * Troubleshoot computers, printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
 * Maintain printer toner inventory and request additional supplies when needed.
 * Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available company resources.
 * Support day-to-day IT needs and help ensure equipment and systems are functioning properly.
