## About the Role

The ideal candidate brings broad ServiceNow platform expertise, with deep knowledge in at least one of the following areas: ITSM, CSM, or ITOM. While integration experience is beneficial, this role is not centered on integrations. Instead, the focus is on maximizing the value of the ServiceNow platform through scalable architecture, platform governance, and thoughtful use of out-of-the-box capabilities., Demonstrated experience serving as a ServiceNow Platform Architect responsible for the overall health, scalability, and roadmap of a ServiceNow environment.

Strong Functional Expertise

Deep knowledge in at least one of the following ServiceNow product areas:

IT Service Management (ITSM)

Customer Service Management (CSM)

IT Operations Management (ITOM)

Out-of-the-Box Platform Focus

Strong understanding of ServiceNow's native capabilities and platform framework. The ideal candidate advocates for leveraging out-of-the-box functionality whenever possible rather than relying heavily on custom development.

Platform Governance & Architecture

Experience establishing architectural standards, governance processes, platform design patterns, and best practices to ensure long-term sustainability of the environment.

Enterprise ServiceNow Experience

Experience supporting complex enterprise ServiceNow implementations, including large user bases, multiple business units, and mature platform operations.

Strategic Thinking

Ability to evaluate business needs and translate them into scalable platform solutions while balancing technical debt, maintainability, and future platform enhancements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
