## About the Role

We are Seeking an experienced and hands-on SAP FICO Functional Lead with strong expertise in SAP Finance & Controlling processes to lead support and transformation initiatives from testing end with at least one Implementation and Support experience., * Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

 * High attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery.
 * Experience in preparing status dashboards, executive reports, and project governance updates.
 * Ability to independently drive project deliverables and support engagements.

## Description

* Lead SAP FICO implementation and support projects from Testing.
 * Involve in business process workshops, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design discussions.
 * SAP Finance and Controlling modules including:
 * General Ledger (GL)
 * Accounts Payable (AP)
 * Accounts Receivable (AR)
 * Asset Accounting (AA)
 * Bank Accounting
 * Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
 * Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
 * Manage Accounts Receivable and Collections processes, including SAP FSCM.
 * Analyze and resolve complex production support issues and process gaps.
 * Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, APIs, IDocs, enhancements, reports, workflows, and integrations.
 * Strong experience in SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and End-to-End Business Process Validation.
 * Strong understanding of SAP process integration testing across FICO, MM, SD, Group Reporting and BI Reporting Solutions and FSCM modules.
 * Ability to review test scenarios and identify business process gaps and control weaknesses.

Nice to Have

 * SAP Test Automation exposure using Tricentis Tosca
 * Knowledge of MuleSoft or other middleware integration platforms.
 * Experience supporting S/4HANA upgrade testing
