## Description

* Lead collaborative technical design discussions for microservices, database restructuring, and API integration.
 * Provide hands-on SQL engineering including schema modernization, stored procedures, views, indexing, and performance tuning.
 * Support .NET API development as needed, including backend services and data access patterns.
 * Guide senior engineering talent with strong, engaging technical leadership.
 * Collaborate with the PM/Scrum Master to support project execution and decision-making.
 * Work closely with the veteran SME for technical alignment and domain expertise.
 * Build migration logic and data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
 * Ensure SQL modernization aligns with microservice boundaries and audit timelines.
 * Participate in code reviews and documentation reviews.
 * Collaborate with .NET, SQL, BA, QA, DevOps, Cloud, and CAB teams for cohesive delivery.
 * Support compliance requirements including PCI, retention rules, and secure data handling.
 * Operate effectively within delivery workflows and agile components as needed.
