 * Presentation, reporting, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint skills
 * Knowledge of infrastructure technologies (physical server hosting, virtual machine hosting, storage, network, database, middleware, network traffic management, Network DMZ)
 * Jira software experience
 * Background in cloud, virtualization, bare metal environments
 * Understand technical concepts like DNS, Active Directory, NAS, Firewall, Proxy, SMTP

* Manage projects related to infrastructure provisioning, security projects, data center migrations, and End of Life Programs
 * Lead meetings and communicate technical details related to projects
 * Work in a fast paced environment whilst meeting deadlines.
 * Build trusted relationships with the business and technology teams
 * Analyze and communicate capacity management related tasks
 * Communicate standards and best practices to Lines of Businesses
 * Work with System Administrator teams to help ensure servers standards are being met
 * Coordinate in Linux virtual and physical builds, upgrades, patching, and support.
 * Background in clustering, disaster recovery, high availability
