## Description

We are looking for a Lead Azure Developer to join our engineering team and take ownership of designing, developing, and delivering scalable, secure, cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.

This is a hands-on software engineering leadership role for someone with deep Azure development experience who can solve complex technical challenges, drive architecture and development decisions, and mentor other engineers. Key Responsibilities

 * Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications and services on Azure.
 * Develop scalable backend services, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.
 * Design and implement solutions using Azure compute, storage, database, messaging, integration, and monitoring services.
 * Translate business and technical requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
 * Provide technical leadership throughout the complete SDLC, from design and development through deployment and production support.
 * Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to software engineering, security, performance, and coding standards.
 * Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Managers, DevOps, QA, Data Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
 * Troubleshoot complex application and production issues and drive root-cause resolution.
 * Support CI/CD automation and cloud deployment processes.
 * Mentor and guide developers, helping establish strong engineering practices and technical standards.
 * Evaluate new Azure capabilities and recommend technologies that improve scalability, reliability, and engineering efficiency.
