Preferred Skills * Experience in financial services. * Knowledge of Global Markets products and systems. ## Description IT Project Management Officer (PMO) - Global Markets Systems This role is based in New York, US. Visa/Work Permit could be offered to the eligible candidates. The successful candidate will work as part of the PM/PMO team, proactively coordinating with multiple system teams and stakeholders, closely tracking project progress, and providing clear quantitative and qualitative status reporting to both local and head office teams. Responsibilities * Support project management activities for large-scale Global Markets system enhancement and release projects involving multiple systems and stakeholders. * Proactively identify and engage stakeholders across upstream, downstream, and related system teams to understand dependencies and coordinate project activities. * Closely follow up with multiple stakeholders to collect project updates, identify outstanding actions and issues, and ensure timely progress through persistent and effective communication. * Track and consolidate project status across multiple workstreams and provide both quantitative and qualitative progress reporting to project management and relevant stakeholders. * Monitor project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items, proactively following up with responsible teams to keep projects on track. * Act as a liaison between the New York office and head office teams, facilitating effective communication, coordination, and status reporting in both Japanese and English. * Coordinate testing activities across related system teams, including progress tracking, issue follow-up, and readiness reporting. * Continuously improve project management and reporting processes by developing and enhancing tracking tools, reports, and presentation materials using Excel and PowerPoint.
